If a product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the ordered products. Complaints can be submitted via email or through the contact form on our website.
Upon receiving the complaint, we will contact the customer to discuss the next steps. The complaint may result in a product replacement or a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
Product Availability Information
All products available in our online store are up-to-date, and their availability is regularly monitored. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you on the product page.
