Cookiery Store Regulations

1. General provisions
Cookiery online store, run by Ahmed Walid Rabie Abdelkader, offers online cookie sales. Purchases in the store can be made by individuals and legal entities with full legal capacity.

2. Orders
By placing an order in our store, the customer confirms that he or she has read the regulations and accepts their terms.

3. Prices and Payments
Prices of products in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. We accept online payments using P24 and Stripe.

4. Delivery and waiting time
The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the selected courier (DPD, InPost).

5. Right to withdraw from the contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered products.

6. Complaints and returns
The complaint procedure and return policy are described on our website. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail or the contact form on the store's website
